The summer is over but not forgotten
Some times were good and some were rotten
Each of us added our own personal style
A terrific crew made this summer worthwhile
There were tons of people we wanted to maime
And one or two that we thought were, well, lame
We drank and laughed and drank some more
Or hung out in parking lots sometimes 'til four
There were visits from cows and cans of whipped cream
Now it all seems like one crazy dream
We lived on Icee Pops and food from the diner
Made some new friends and corrupted a minor
So think back and smile at the things that we've done
This Plays in the Park summer was just so much fun
If you liked this poem and thought it was clever
It was the least we could do for the best crew ever!
Love Always,
Theresa and Erin
